It was announced today that Diane Guerrero will be voicing the lead role in the upcoming Facebook Watch animated series Woman In The Book. Production is set to begin this fall and has an anticipated premiere date of summer 2021.
The Latinx series is multilingual, using both Spanish and English, and follows the lives of three estranged siblings who reunite at an aging Mexican hacienda to wrestle for their inheritance, but inadvertently unleash a book-bound horror upon them that has plagued their family for generations.

Diane Guerrero has joined the cast for the audiobook “Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls: 100 Immigrant Women Who Changed the World”. The audiobook will be released on October 13, 2020, and is available to purchase through Penguin Random House.
Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls: 100 Immigrant Women Who Changed the World, centers on stories of 100 women from the past and present who left their birth countries to embark on their personal journeys. Readers will be able to learn about the paths of figures including chef Asma Khan, Rihanna, Gloria Estefan, Lupita Nyong’o and politicians Madeleine Albright and Ilhan Omar.

Great news! It was announced today that Doom Patrol will have a third season! The third season will move from the DC Universe streaming service to be shown exclusively on HBO Max.

And we are especially thankful for our partners at Berlanti Productions, Warner Bros. Television, DC Universe and, of course, HBO Max,” said executive producer Jeremy Carver.
